Common questions
Why can't I book anti-wrinkle treatment directly?
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine. UK law requires a prescriber to assess you face to face before it can be prescribed for you. We cannot skip this step.
Is the fee refundable?
It is redeemed in full against any treatment booked within 90 days of your consultation.
