Appointments and deposits
Booking online reserves clinician time. Where a deposit is shown, it is taken at the clinic and redeemed in full against the cost of your treatment.
Consultation fees are redeemed against any treatment booked within 90 days.
Cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Deposits are refunded in full where that notice is given.
Cancellations inside 48 hours, and missed appointments, may forfeit the deposit. We apply this with discretion — tell us what happened.
Suitability and consent
All treatments are subject to assessment. We may decline to treat you if it is not clinically appropriate, and we will explain why. A booking is not a guarantee that treatment will proceed.
Prescription-only treatments require a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber before they can be prescribed. This is a legal requirement and cannot be waived.
You must be at least 18 for all treatments. We check photographic ID.
Results
Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals. We will give you an honest expectation at consultation, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, and we do not offer refunds on treatments that have been properly performed.
Complications
If you experience any complication, contact your clinic immediately. Reviews and corrective care for complications arising from treatment we performed are provided at no charge.
