Our approach
Why we treat conservatively
Aesthetic medicine spent a decade getting bigger. More product, more areas, more frequently. The results are now visible on faces everywhere — and in the growing number of patients who come to us asking to have filler dissolved rather than added.
We have always worked the other way. We dose low and review, rather than dosing high and hoping. We treat the face as a single structure rather than a list of areas. And we plan for where a patient will be in ten years, not just how they photograph next week.
This makes us slower and, frankly, less profitable per visit. It also means our patients stay with us for years, which we think is the better measure.

What we promise
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
Prescriber-led throughout
Every injectable treatment is assessed, prescribed and performed by a GMC or NMC registered clinician. We never prescribe remotely.
We will tell you no
If a treatment will not achieve what you want, or you do not need it yet, we say so. Roughly one in six consultations ends without a booking.
Complications covered
Hyaluronidase is held on site at every clinic and every injector is trained in managing vascular occlusion.
Reviewed, not upsold
Anti-wrinkle patients are reviewed at two weeks at no charge. Filler is reassessed annually rather than topped up on a schedule.
